These terms and conditions shall
govern your use of our website.
By using our website, you accept
these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these
terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not
use our website.
If you purchase on our website we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions before completing your order.
Turnarounds: Updated November 2024
Our current turnarounds are 3-4 weeks excluding bank holidays and weekends, this will go up to 4-6 weeks as we reach June/July and again as we hit the summer season and one of the busiest time of year. Please note the Website pop up which give current turnaround time and our order books closing dates for Christmas delivery,
Placing an Order
All orders are made to order although we do hold a small amount of stock of our popular items & own designs items can take up to 2-4 weeks to be made.
Personalised items can take 3-4 weeks to be dispatch from us, this doesn't include delivery which will change depending on the service chosen.
All orders during our closed peroid will be made and dispatched in the new year once we are open again, although we will be answering messages, and posting on uor social media accounts.
Returns
By Law you have the right to return
your order within 7 working days after the first day of delivery. In order
for you to return items they must:
Not have been worn or used
Be in the same condition, in our
opinion they were received
Be returned in the original packing.
Personalised items are not included in the 7 day returns unless proved to be faulty and contact has been made within 7 days. This includes all Group items which are specifically made for your order. All sizes should be checked before ordering as items that dont fit are not returnable once they have been made.
You must of contact us directly
within 7 days of delivery with your full name, order number and reason for
returning.
Your rights to return the goods to us
will not apply if you have disposed of the items you have an issue with or in
our opinion you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your
care, not returned in its original packaging or the item has been used or worn.
The item is your responsibility until
it reaches us so it is recommended that the order is returned with recorded
delivery to ensure safe arrival. All return postage costs will be the
responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is found to be faulty.
Return postage costs will not be refunded.
Personalised items of any kind are non refundable or exchangable, these are made to your order requirements/ your groups requirements, ordering the wrong size or if you made a spelling mistake on your order is not classed as a fault. All sizes and descriptions should be checked on the website including style , fit , designs, etc before ordering. If your unsure of sizing please speak with us first , local customers can come to try clothing on before buying. Those ordering 'group' items we suggest trying on another members before ordering personalised or group items .
Cancel
Order
If you've changed your mind or no longer need the products you have ordered, by law, you have the right to cancel an order placed on our website at any time before your order is shipped to you or within a further 7 working days after the day of delivery this does not include item personalised items they are not returnable.
Please contact us directly with your
order number and full name within 7 days of the item being delivered.

it reaches us so it is recommended that the order is returned with recorded

Wrong or
Missing Item
If you received the wrong item/s please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at handmadebyraksha@gmail.com with your order number, full name and address and which items are wrong or missing. Please also let us know if you would like a refund or replacement. We will then contact you of what to do next. This does not apply to personalised items.
Delivery is via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated within 14 days of ordering. In the case of personalised items/clothing this can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, please bear this in mind when ordering, and do ask if your order is urgent and we will see what we can do.
All items sent are done so with a proof of postage, in the event a parcel does not arrive, then the buyer may claim from Royal Mail,with the proof of postage obtained from us. Items sent recorded delivery will have a tracking number please ensure someone is available at the address given on checkout to accept for your parcel.
If you chose to not pay for recorded delivery then we are not able to track the parcel if it goes missing,and wont be held responsible for missing items. Once posted items are in the hands of royal mail and we can't control their services especially in times of strikes, bad weather or general delays especially during busy times such as Christmas, Easter ect.
Faulty
Items
If you received a faulty item please contact us at info@rakshas-den.co.uk with your order number, full name and address and which items are faulty with 7 days. We will then contact you of what to do next regarding your order.
Faulty items will not be refunded if the items has been used, worn or washed or not used in the required manner. Items that are faulty after this 7 day period will be accessed by the returns department up to 30 days after delivery, anything longer than this will be down to the discretion of the returns department, and if deemed to be a fault with the manfacturing then we will refund or replace the item. You have a duty to return the item to us if you require a replacement or refund. These postage costs will be down to the customer to cover. Return postage in this case will be down to the customer unless in the 7 days returns. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so we suggest that your send your parcel back using a delivery service insures you for the value of goods as we can not be held repsponible for items damaged or lost in the post.

reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private
electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

Personalised
Items
Personalised products that contains
content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious,
offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred,
discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of
confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience
will not be accepted.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the design you are asking us to print/use does not break copyright laws and that you have the appropriate permission to use the design or any part of it including the branded logos.
