Are you looking for a webshop with all  your items on, without having to place large orders, don’t want to keep stock of all the different sizes that could never be sold, or just wanting to not have to chase payments for your group hoodies or want to provide Club kit without having to store it all.

Then look no further than our Group Orders area. Here we can provide your own shop with as many items as you wish, there is no limit. These items are made to order so there is no holding stock and we can add individual personalisation as well, meaning parents can order their own child’s team wear and have it delivered direct to their door, meaning you have more time to get back to doing what you love and less time on admin, collecting payments, checking sizes, and names.

There is no costs to being on the website, we just ask that you share the website regularly and ensure that your area is being used to keep your webs shop active.

 

How does it all work?

You confirm the items required & the mock up/quote for your group that we will send over. Including any personalisation, leader, youth member options you would like to offer

•             We get these items on the website under your own area ‘Group name’

•             You then check it’s all correct, and share the link with your group, leaders, parents

•             Parents, leaders order direct, we make it and send direct to them

•             You sit back and enjoy your group in their new kit without the hassle

·        Our turnarounds are usually 3-4 week as we do not hold stock of your items as with lots of different groups and clothing, sizes, brands it would be impossible to stock everything but it does mean we have no minimum order numbers and keep the prices down as not holding stock that might not get used.

Got a camp or event coming up? We can add extra items for a specific time ready for parents to order, remove postage and the group pay for all items to go our in one bulk postage order paid for by the group but parents still order and pay for the items. Then after the camp the items are removed.

  

What information we need from you?

Your groups name, and what Category you fall under ie Scout Group, Charity, Business or Team?

 

What items what you like, What Colour & Sizes?

 Items- Hoodies, T Shirts, Bags, Polos, Fleeces, Soft Shells, holdalls, totes, drawstring bags, beanies, baseball caps,

Take a look at the website under clothing to see a wide range of colours. If your looking for children's items look at their colours first as they have a smaller range of colours compare to adults.

Sizes- Babies, Children, Adults? What size is your smallest and large members. Do you have any particular larger adults that may need 3xl or larger , we can let you know what’s available for them to.



Decoration - What Logos & Text?

What is your logo you would like to use? Can you send it to us in the best format? What text if any would you like?

 Is this to be printed, embroidered or both & Where would you like this? Left Chest, Back, Arms (Names etc)

Are these options the same for all items? Adults sizes, children sizes?

Did you want to offer any personalisation ie single name, child name, if so where back, arm, right chest, under logo ?
