Delivery Information
On checkout
you have the option of choosing from a variety of postage options including 1st/2nd
Class, and recorded (tracked) or standard Delivery depending on the size and weight of
your parcel.
This can be
shown before checking out and paying. Please note we are not 'amazon' or other next day delivery couiers. We print/embroidery your items to order, this helps us offer the unqiue one offs, paying for 1st Class postage does not mean we can post next day . All 'Group' items are printed/embroidered to order so bare this in mind when ordering.
Delivery is via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated within 14 days of ordering. In the case of personalised items/clothing this can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, please bear this in mind when ordering, and do ask if your order is urgent and we will see what we can do.
All items sent are done so with a proof of postage, in the event a parcel does not arrive, then the buyer may claim from Royal Mail, and the proof of postage obtained from us. Items sent recorded delivery will have a tracking number and need a signature, please ensure someone is available at the address given on checkout to sign for your parcel.
If you chose to not pay for recorded delivery then we are not able to track the parcel if it goes missing,and wont be held responsible for missing items.
Deliveries are
usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm. If the recipient
isn't in, Royal Mail will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver
your parcel. Please call the contact number on the card to either agree a
convenient delivery time or arrange collection directly from their depot. After
three failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to me.
International and UK Postage
UK Postage covers all postal areas in
England, Scotland and North Ireland
International postage is available at
the shipping page it will give a quote for your postage, items can be posted
world wide.
Packaging
All items are sent in secure plastic
mailing bags with a return to sender address in case Royal mail have been
unable to deliver you item.
Address
Please ensure your delivery address
is in full with a correct postcode to ensure safe and quick delivery. If items
are returned to Raksha's den due to incorrect address given, items not collected then postage
will need to be paid for before item can be resent.
